Talent Hunter / Recruiter (Remote)

About Contactful:

Contactful is a growing B2B productivity product designed to help professionals organize, manage, and build meaningful relationships on LinkedIn.
We are building a lean, remote-first team and are looking for a Talent Hunter / Recruiter who will help us grow by finding the right people — not just filling roles.



The role:

As a Talent Hunter at Contactful, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across product, engineering, marketing, and operations roles.
You’ll work closely with the founders and hiring managers to define hiring needs, shape recruitment processes, and build long-term talent pipelines.

This is a hands-on, practical role for someone who enjoys modern recruiting, direct sourcing, and working closely with the business.



What you’ll be doing:

- Managing full-cycle recruitment (from sourcing to offer stage)
- Sourcing candidates via LinkedIn and other professional networks
- Using Contactful daily as part of your recruiting workflow
- Building and maintaining talent pipelines for current and future roles
- Conducting screening calls and coordinating interview processes
- Partnering with hiring managers on role definitions and hiring strategy
- Improving recruitment workflows, tools, and candidate experience



Who we’re looking for:

- You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Have experience as a recruiter, talent partner, or talent sourcer
- Use LinkedIn as a primary sourcing channel
- Know how to assess both skills and role fit
- Are organized, proactive, and comfortable working remotely
- Enjoy improving processes rather than following rigid ATS structures



Experience level:
Junior / Mid / Senior — we value mindset, ownership, and approach more than titles.



Nice to have:

- Experience recruiting for startups or SaaS companies
- Familiarity with tech, product, or growth roles
- Interest in recruiting tools, automation, and workflow optimization
