About the Role:

As an English-speaking Business Development Representative working evening shifts (16:00–24:00 CET/CEST) for the US market, you will help create and deliver exceptional customer experiences while developing your skills in a dynamic, supportive environment.
What You’ll Do:
Develop and execute sales strategies for your assigned portfolio
Reach out to prospects via phone and email to schedule consultations and next steps
Analyze accounts and identify opportunities to maximize results
Provide consultative solutions to meet client needs
Work in a target-driven environment, balancing individual and team goals
What We’re Looking For:
Excellent verbal and written communication in English (C1+)
1+ years of proven sales experience, including prospecting, account development, and closing deals
Strong ability to engage decision-makers and manage complex sales cycles
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to exceed targets
Available to work evening/night shifts
