For our Partner, a leading international consulting technology company, we’re currently looking for talented professional for a full-time position:

Technical Support with German, French, Italian or Spanish

Scope of responsibilities:
* Providing complex and challenging remote technical support (software troubleshooting)
* Developing strong relationships with clients and partners through daily, high quality interactions
* Cooperation with other Technical Support Engineers, Quality Assurance Engineers, Consultants and Developers located in USA, China and other countries
* Contributing to the growth of our Client’s Knowledge Base and identifying ways to increase customer satisfaction

We want you to:
* Speak fluent English and German, Spanish, Italian or French
* Have bachelor’s degree (not necessarily technical field)
* Possess analytical skills, excellent communication and presentation skills
* Be interested in IT/Business and willing to grow in this field
* Stay open to constant development by participating in Internal Training Program
* Be a team player
