As a People Coordinator you'll join our People Operations Team, who are the guardians of our people data, systems and tools. Not only that, in this role you’ll support the whole employee lifecycle and focus on the continuous improvement of our processes.

What you’ll be doing:  
First point of contact for all people related queries.
Provide slick operational support for end-to-end employee life-cycle experiences, from onboarding to offboarding.
Be the superstar of people systems, tools and processes.
Be the guardian of people facing documentation and data integrity.
Challenge existing processes to optimise efficiency and maximise people experience.
Occasionally visit our office in London.
Be the ambassador of the People team and work in collaboration with Operations, Finance & Legal to support the implementation of projects.

You’ll have:
Legendary organisational and prioritisation skills.
Impeccable attention to detail.
Black belt experience working in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
Learning agility in mastering new tools, systems and process quickly (experience with cutting edge HR tools is a bonus).
A secret love of working with people data.
A burning desire to make things more LEAN (e.g. repeatable, efficient, scalable and user centric).
Fluent English – B2/C1 Level is preferred.
Previous HR-related experience would be a great asset.
Our Process:

Here at iTech Media we’re real believers in an interview being a two-way process, this is as much about you finding out everything you need to know about us as well as getting to know you. To help you understand what the process will involve:

- Initial Conversation with a member of the Talent Team – approx. 30 mins

- 1st Stage Interview with People Operations Manager – 45 mins

- 2nd Stage Interview with People Partner or another People Chapter team member – 60 mins

All the interview stages are held over Zoom.
