L2 End User Support Engineer with English and German

Your Task
- Providing 2nd line support for an international customer
- Troubleshooting and configuring applications, finding a solution for occurring problems
- Analysing and solving IT issues related to Microsoft Windows Environment
- Escalation of major problems to 3rd line support
- Maintaining positive relations with our end-users of our end-customer

Our Requirements
- Excellent English and German language skills
- Knowledge of remote support users and Windows Operating System
- IT Troubleshooting skills
- Problem solving orientation with strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Openness for gaining new knowledge and skills
