Duties and responsibilities (Targets and KPIs)

--Reporting to the Head of MatchMaker Growth and Activation the Junior Community -----------Specialist is the “face” of Talentuno towards our online community in Poland and responsible for managing all kinds of incoming and outgoing communications towards the community members including email, chat, calls, social, video, blog, webinar and live event communications. You will be the one standing in front of 50-80 people as the host of our event and You will be the person who is promoting our new campaign on live stream.
--You will also manage online and offline marketing campaigns and projects supporting the Polish market of Talentuno
--As a member of a team of 7-8 marketing specialists you will all focus on the community building and activation of our MatchMaker (“freelance recruiter”) network globally
Within the Talentuno organization you will be the “voice of community” and represent the interest of our MatchMakers towards other teams such as Technical Development or Finance.
--You need to understand MatchMaker personas and their customer journeys and detect technical, emotional, financial barriers and help us find solutions to remove those barriers. Ultimately, you should fuel the running of our MatchMaker growth engine by keeping MatchMakers active in the platform and committed to Talentuno.
--You will regularly organize online webinars, but also face-to-face events, meetups for our MatchMakers and contact them directly to understand their needs and preferences
--You will also run marketing surveys and prepare infographics, videos, case studies and e-books from the results
--You will contribute to the creation of graphical and digital elements of campaigns, as well as copywriting working together with graphic designers and web developers
--You will run independent lead collection campaigns on your own for specific, niche target groups achieving results and preparing marketing reports about them
--You will have the chance to work with the following marketing channels in the Community Lead role: social media (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Youtube), blog/vlog, newsletters, eDMs, online forums and also events/meetups
--You will gain experience using the following tools: Hootsuite, Hotjar, Google Analytics, Trello, Professional CRM, Photoshop and more
--You should constantly come up with new ideas and new solutions to help us grow
--Proactive cooperation with other departments is a must

Qualifications and other requirements

--University or college degree in Marketing, Media, Economics or Business
--Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience in public speaking before smaller audiences (30-60 people)
--Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing and communication projects
--Experience with the above listed marketing tools and channels
--Experience in online community building is an advantage
--Strong skills in Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Excel
--Creative mind and ability to solve problems quickly
--Precise and reliable work style
--Native Polish, plus good written and verbal English (our official language is English internally)
--Enthusiastic and hard working person who wants career progression and the chance to move up within our business
