IT Service Desk Specialist with English

Responsibilities:

Remote technical support of internal end-users (according to procedures)
Contact by phone, in English
Work in a call center environment, in a shift-system
Requirements:

Experience in an IT Helpdesk environment
Fluent in English
Experience with administering Windows (7/10) and MS Office
Practical knowledge of Active Directory, MS Exchange, (knowledge of SCCM is a plus)
Knowledge of LAN / WAN Technologies, experience with TCP / IP
Willingness to learn new technologies
