As an IT Service and User Computing Manager you will be responsible for managing and developing the department. This also includes recruiting and operating a team in Wroclaw focused on customer-related strategy.

be responsible for performance and crisis management;
handle budgets, resources, risk management;
ensure that products and services has a clear strategy;
ensure that the department has annual operating plan;
lead, build and develop a team;
create and bring to life IT Service Strategy.
What we require:
ITIL or IT4IT Service Management Qualifications
Accreditation with one of the industry recognized project management method
5-10 years of experience in a similar position
Experience with IT transformation
Experience with leadership
Competencies with end user’s devices (laptops, virtual desktops, tablets)
Technical understanding of Windows 10, end point protection, device configuration (e.g. Microsoft System Centre Configuration Manager SCCM / InTune), image management, application packaging, and Virtual Desktops/Citrix)
Understanding of Office 365, Skype, ServiceNow
