Handling escalation for incident as coordinator. Coordinate with external and internal customers. This person will be the single PoC for the customers (external and internal).
3-5 years of exp in Incident management- handling and coordinating incidents.
Reporting experience is needed. Handling reporting for customer. Not only preparing but also presenting in front of customer(like no of ticket)
Creation of operation inside company. Connect dots and find solution and establish connection
80% remote but should be easily available once a week in the company premises.
Need to travel to customer site at least once in quarter for presentation. It is going to be a 2-3 days trip.
This is not a technical role, and more of a coordination. Having some knowledge or experience in technical side is an added advantage.
This is going to be a long term project. Can get converted for next 18 months
9 AM to 5 PM no flexible work timings. No shifts
Experience in terms for business approach.
English communication is a must. Experience with Nordic languages are most welcomed.
