HR Services Representative with Italian

We are looking for candidates, who speak Italian and English and who want to work in HR department.Client DetailsOur Client is a global company from wellness sector, whose Global Business Centre is located in Cracow.Description- Support transition projects from Italy - knowledge transfer, preparation of all process documentation, daily operational support, building relationship with key stakeholders and external service providers,- Support establishing HR Services team in Cracow,- Prepare required HR Documentation (employment contracts, contract amendments, including preparation, collecting signatures, and archiving electronically),- Complete the correspondence with all internal and external contacts in a professional and timely manner as requested.- Support automation and digitalization projects.Profile- University degree,- At least 2 years of experience in the Human Resources area in Shared Service environment (Employee Lifecycle, HR Operations, HR Admin, Tier 1 or Tier 2),- Fluent Italian and English speaker,- Hybrid work (2 days/week in the Office),- Experience in transition projects,- Knowledge of HR systems and practices,- Knowledge of any ticketing tool,- Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of Visio would be an advantage,- Excellent organizational and planning skills,- Strong interpersonal skills,- Excellent written & verbal communication skills,- Ability to prioritize workload,- Ability to interact effectively at all levels of staff with sensitivity and cultural diversity.Job Offer- Company laptop,- Working from Home possibilities - hybrid model,- Personal development opportunities,- International environment,- Attractive salary, bonuses and benefits package including Luxmed VIP medical package, MyBenefit System (Multisport or Cafeteria), private insurance, entertainment events and many others,- Good atmosphere at work and comfortable working environment with company products, drinks and game corner,- No dress code,- Chance to share your ideas and continuously improve our processes,- Opportunity to build up your expertise through coaching, soft skills and training sessions.
