We are looking for a person that will support our Business Development team for Manufacturing and Telco clients in DACH region. Our major field of expertise is implementation of ecommerce and online customer service solutions, as well as consulting in CX and UX domains.
You will perfectly fit us if:
• you have at least 2-3 years of experience in similar position,
• you are familiar with common business software, project management programs and IT systems,
• you are motivated in problem solving and ready for handle multiple tasks simultaneously,
• you have excellent listening skills with an ability to communicate with professionals in various disciplines,
• you have willingness to travel,
• You are a native German speaking person, with fluent English, including IT and ecommerce terminology.
Nice to have:
• having industry specific knowledge of sales and customer service in one of the sectors: manufacturing or media and telecommunication
Your main responsibilities:
• organizing presentations, workshops, demo sessions and other meetings with customers and prospects,
• preparing proposals for the consulting and IT development services in ecommerce and self-service solutions,
• conducting market research regarding potential customer needs and market trends or challenges, where we can bring value as a solution provider,
• taking active part in definition of our offering and solutions that help companies in the Digital Transformation,
• Working close with Sales Director while closing new deals and helping Customer Success Manager to grow cooperation with existing clients.
