Job description:

You would be joining an international team located in Australia, the US and in Austria, working together with international fortune 100 client administrators, technicians, engineers & project managers.
You would be analyzing and solving issues of the company's service integration and all involved technologies ranging from second to third level complexity.
You would be managing the internal support tools, and customer SLAs
You would participate in testing new technologies and their integration into ServiceGrid
You would engage our customers in new and exciting ways
You would coordinate the support process with customers
You would leverage the ServiceGrid application to create new solutions that fit specific requirements.
You would write technical specifications, documenting your created solutions.
You would drive integration testing with customers.
As this is a very communicative position, we are interested in some particular soft skills:
a customer focused approach, a will to continuously improve, creative 'out of the box' thinking, teamwork focused on inclusion and diversity, a mindset of 'always doing the right thing', and nerves of steel are all attributes that will help you when applying for this job.
But it's not just a communicative position. Technical expertise and technological creativity is required to find the solutions to some of the problems we are faced with on a day to day basis.

5. Knowledge of, experience in debugging, or have used any of these in the past: XML / XSLT / WSDL / SOAP / JSON / REST-APIs / HTML / CSS / Javascript / PHP / Java / Perl / Python / Bash / Vim / regex / SQL / postgreSQL
6. Knowledge of software and scripting
