Now we are looking for CRM Specialist with English (C1) and Swedish(A2/B1)

Your responsibilities:

2nd line support to CRM sales users in Sweden (directly or through ticket system): create and maintain reports and dashboards, administrate users and accounts, contacts, sales opportunities, permissions and roles
Participate in our CRM communities, meetings, forums and trainings
Work closely with the CRM Sales Support Engineer, also based in Warsaw, to provide excellent support for Swedish users
Assure excellent level of data consistency in CRM, including user management and maintenance
Assess and analyze data to take corrective actions
Perform mass updates/uploads of data

What is helpful to be successful in this role:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Data Science, Engineering or a related field
CRM/Salesforce experience will be a plus
Good IT knowledge and strong digital interest (MS Excel, Access)
Ability to organize and structure information
Strong analytical skills with a continuous improvement mindset and process orientation
Strong problem-solving skills gained in a dynamic and demanding environment
Service oriented attitude and team working skills
Excellent communication skills, ability to deal with people on different levels in different cultures and with different profiles
Business understanding and sensitivity
Upper intermediate / Fluent English, knowledge of Swedish will be an asset
