For newly open Shared Service Center in Krakow we are looking for talented

Compliance Champion to join the Team.


Your role:

* To ensure the efficient execution of legal and regulatory compliance

initiatives in relation to Due Diligence for our Third Party and Customer

relationships for the applicable geographical/Business unit region.

* New Third Parties and Customers: Responsibility for Due Diligence and Red

flag review during the on-boarding of new Customers and Third parties.

* Existing Third Party and Customer DD Compliance: Liaise with the business

and nominated contacts within their region to request the completion of the

Customer or Third Party Due Diligence questionnaire. On completed Due Diligence

questionnaires, performance and completion of due diligence screening for that


* Online Compliance Platform: follow up on overdue due diligence submissions,

monitor overall completion rate for their region and of any ongoing/repeat


* Consult with the Compliance and Legal Team as needed to resolve difficult

legal compliance issues and ongoing compliance matters.

* Support of Internal Audit in respect of the compliance elements of a full

scope audit.

* On an ad hoc basis, provide training in local language on compliance related


If you have:

* Bachelor’s degree or equivalent


* 1-2 years of experience in a global business

* Experience managing multiple projects with varying timeframes and deadlines

* Ableto critically think through issues and determine the best practical

course of action, considering impacts internally and externally

* Strong MS office skills (Excel, Word) and clear grasp of IT solutions to

facilitate training

* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Superior organisational and process skills

* Superior attention to details

* Are able to operate as part of a team or alone and work under pressure

* Are able to prioritise quickly, often in busy periods, in a calm manner

* Are able to use initiative and work with minimal supervision

* Knowledge of due diligence procedures, sanctions or Anti Bribery regulation

a bonus but not a requirement

* Are confident to make difficult decisions and able to stand by that
