The 3D Clinical Lead shall be a Doctor in Dental/ Ortho Science or equivalent that is responsible for efficiently and promptly handling inquiries, requests and/or complaints from CAD Designers at a higher level in the Invisalign CAD-CAM services products. Individual at this level is expected to demonstrate ability to provide clinical leadership to group of CAD Designers independently. Must have the skills and competences to handle clinical communication with European Customers / Doctors. Should show strong ability to work with and provide clinical leadership to production, quality and engineering team members. The 3D Clinical Lead will also be responsible for providing assistance to escalated questions from the Territory Managers/ Clinical support of the domestic and European region. This individual is also in charge of identifying talents in the production floor.
In this role, you will…
The 3D Clinical Lead must demonstrate ability to provide clinical leadership to a clinicians group. Support of other teams and direct reports in their implementation of improvements. In charge of constant supervision of CAD Designers to guarantee high clinical quality standards in the Align Technology, Inc. products and services. This task will be accomplished by providing an organized structure that supports production and customer care needs in his/her area of responsibility.
The 3D Clinical Lead is also responsible for recruiting, staffing, training, and managing clinical staff to support on-going production needs in a high growth environment, mainly focusing on the areas of supervision.
Establish ClinCheck quality monitoring processes and clinical profiling process for targeted Customers.
Support corporate initiatives. Ensure the effective fulfillment of objectives and deadlines assigned to the group for Invisalign and/or CAD-CAM services products. Propose ideas for software development and participates in projects for their implementation.
Propose ideas for procedures and processes to promote improved service and customer satisfaction, and overall department improvements. Must maintain a close involvement with all training processes in the Treat Facility

In this role, you’ll need …
Doctor of Dental or Orthodontics
Strong written and oral communication abilities required.
Polish language skills on C1-level or higher (CEFR)
English language skill on at least B2-level (CEFR)
Other European languages would be an advantage
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret orthodontic records and treatment prescriptions.
Proficiency in 3D graphics, CAD-CAM service
Accomplishes results through management of Associate Clinical Specialist group. This position has indirect supervision over Treat Supervisors and CAD Designers as it relates to clinical matters.
