We are currently looking to recruit a position of a Team Leader who will manage a newly built talent acquisition sourcing team, delivering service to one of the top global pharmaceutical companies.
Skilled in interpreting resourcing plans and defining role requirements, you’ll develop imaginative sourcing options that are precisely right for each role recruited. That could mean using networking, headhunting, social networks or even something entirely new. The choice (and the responsibility) is yours. You’ll go on to inspire your team of specialists to deliver those strategies to maximum effect and ensure we meet client expectations at all times. You will be also responsible for supporting the implementation of this new solution designed specifically for this client. The role gives a great opportunity to cooperate with teams located in the UK, Spain, Portugal, Hungary, Poland, France, Italy and other European countries.
•Lead, manage and develop the team of talent acquisition specialists with different experience levels
•Drive and manage team’s performance to meet and exceed agreed targets
•Build and develop relationships with team members and stakeholders from across Europe
•Ensure Client and Candidate satisfaction is kept at a high level
•Take part in the implementation and stabilisation of a new RPO solution
You should have an impressive track record of managing and developing teams. Hands-on recruitment experience is also essential, together with proven ability to achieve demanding targets and manage stakeholder relationships. It’s important that you are fluent in English and have strong interpersonal skills.
