Responsibilities:

* answer all customer enquiries professionally and effectively
leading to sales
* effectively communicate company"s product ranges and fares and
ticketing conditions with the highest customer service and accuracy
* maximize the revenue contribution within agreed Sale targets
through the effective use of all available sales and telesales tools
* if you enjoy customer service and sales, this is an opportunity to

Requirements:

* proficiency in written and spoken english and czech or italian
* quality focus and strong customer service skills
* excellent non-visual communication skills
* an open mind and eagerness to continually develop
* knowledge of airline systems and operations will be an advantage
but not essential
* strong computer skills
* good sense of personal accountability
* demonstrated focus on providing service through sales
